Fields ?
The boxes of information on a task — e.g. Due date, Company, Record type.
You can view these; an Owner or Admin can change them.
Standard fields come with TaTasque; your fields are the ones added for this project.
The field shows that standard's checks. Leave the name empty to use the standard's name.
A workflow is what a list’s tasks use: which fields show, which are required, and the statuses they move through.
Each workflow has its own form. Pick one, then arrange its boxes — everyone using that workflow sees the same form.
Every job and its lists: the workflow each list uses, whether it’s locked to it, and how many tasks it holds.
Which fields can road block a task, what a road block can be, and who is emailed when one is raised — set up once, the same in every workflow.
